Strength and the Power of 10

E-mail Print PDF

Our group may seem small and powerless to combat the forces that threaten the beloved nation that our forefathers handed to us for its protection and continuation for our children and grandchildren.

Individually we are small but as a group we are and can be a mighty power.  Even as a group we may seem pitifully powerless to change things.  But, take this into consideration.  It is in our diversity and individual differences that we gain strength.  You may ask, "How is that?"  It is usually through likeness and uniformity that strength is gauged.  With dissimilarity usually comes weakness.

Each of us has many contacts.  Family, close friends, business contacts, church contacts, friends of our children and others.  Let's just say that each of us

might average at least 10 people with whom we have "a sympathetic  ear".   Someone who will listen attentively to what we have to say and give it the credence that our developed friendship deserves.  I think that 10 is a low average but it fits fine with my following premise.

All things being equal, each of our list of contacts will have their own list of contacts and so on.  You probably recognize this pattern.  It is the traditional "Ponzi  Scheme" or "Pyramid" scheme.  This is normally a bad thing where only those at the top benefit to the detriment of those at the bottom.  But in the case of our small group of 35 or so (again an average) it can be amazingly effective.

First:  Pick and choose carefully a group of 10 people from all of your acquaintances and pledge to do your best to educate them about the plan of internal destruction planned by the Progressive Movement and the current administration.  Impress upon them that nothing less than the future of our nation rests in their involvement in this movement.  Ask that they do the same thing as you.  To take upon themselves the burden of educating 10 of their contacts and then create another layer of educators.

Second: Within your email program create a mailing list.  This is a group of your 10 contacts that are all grouped together as one.  Clicking on the name of the group will send the same mail message to all 10 at once.  If you don't know how to do this, ask someone at a club meeting for help.

Third: Then take this task to heart.  Subscribe to multiple conservative or tea party movement mail lists.  Read conservative circulations and newspapers.  Read conservative blogs online.  Pick and choose topics of current interest to your group.  If you have outdoorsmen in your group you may choose Second Amendment gun rights as a topic.  For writers choose Freedom of Speech articles.  For Pro-Life Christians choose abortion topics.  Become a one-person source of conservative literature.

And lastly: Create a weekly mail service to your contacts.  Be dependable with your mailings.  Mail at the same time each week.  Vary your presentations so that they do not get boresome.  Read and approve of every piece that you pass on to your readers  (unlike our congressmen.)  Provide an opt-out link for any reader who does not wish to continue receiving your mailings (this is necessary to counter anti-spam legislation.)

Here is where the Power of 10 comes in.  If this scheme were carried out perfectly (in reality it never will be but we can always hope.  Choosing more than 10 contacts gives a better chance of success) here are the projected numbers.  First round (you and I)=35 people.  Second round=350 people.  Third round=3500 people.  Fourth round=35,000 people.  Fifth round=350,000 people.  Sixth round=3,500,000 people.  Seventh round=35,000,000.  Eighth round=350,000,000.  Even if the numbers were reduced to each one only gets another one, it would reach a figure of nearly 17 million in just over 21 levels.  Multiplication of effort can be a monumental factor.  Start your chain today.  Become a one-person library of knowledge.  Start your own blog.  Write letters to the editor.  But above all educate your family and friends.  Multiply yourself!
